If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lone Star Pure, you have the option to return in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. If returned within said time frame, payment will be refunded to the original payment source upon receipt of item.
Returns requested after stated time frame are to be made at the discretion of Lone Star Pure on a case by case basis. Returns of gift items (i.e.: gift baskets and gift certificates) will be handled on a case by case basis. Jelly Of The Month Club items are non-refundable unless determined defective due to Lone Star Pure.
Returns are only acceptable for unopened, undamaged, and in a restockable condition purchased from Lone Star Pure and with receipt of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning our product is desired, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Cancellation of order must be made 48 hours prior to appointment time in order to receive a full refund. If 48 hour timeframe is not met, 25% of order price will be forfeited upon cancellation. Rush and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If there is a problem with any product received due to an issue/defect caused by Lone Star Pure, please send an email stating the issue, date of purchase, receipt number and personal information to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will replace in a timely manner it at no cost to the customer.
