1) Do you sell organic items?
Yes. We are able to create organic items upon request. We ask that you buy the entire batch created for organic made items, with the understanding that each jar has a shelf life of two years if left unopened.

Yes. We are able to create sugar-free items upon request. We ask that you buy the entire batch created for sugar-free made items, with the understanding that each jar has a shelf life of two years if left unopened.

4) What subscriptions do you offer for the Jelly Of The Month Club?
We offer three levels for subscriptions to the Jelly Of The Month Club. For a monthly subscription, it will cost $30/mo. It will be up to the customer to ensure payment on a monthly basis. For a semi-annual subscription, it will cost $150/mo (one month free). It will be up to the customer to ensure payment every six months. For a yearly subscription, it will cost $300 (two months free). It will be up to the customer to ensure payment on a yearly basis. All shipping costs are included in the subscription costs.
5) Do you offer upgrades for the Jelly Of The Month Club subscriptions?
Yes. We offer upgrades upon request from the customer. Pro-rated costs will be included.
6) Do you allow returns/exchanges?
We allow returns based on the requirements listed here. We do not allow for exchanges of any kind.
7) Are you able to be found in any storefronts?
At the moment, we are only available to purchase in a few local small businesses in San Antonio, and through direct contact with us. We are looking to expand in the future but for now, feel it is best to stay local.
8) What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal for online purchases. For in person purchases we accept cash, credit card, check, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.
